Shipping Policy

At Luxora Outdoor Living, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for every order. Because many of our products are handcrafted, custom-built, or oversized, shipping times and delivery methods may vary depending on the item purchased.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times will be displayed on the product page whenever available.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we use one or more of the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Parcel Delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar carriers)
  • LTL Freight Delivery for oversized products
  • White Glove Delivery for select luxury products (when available)

Shipping options will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Any applicable freight or specialty delivery services

From time to time, Luxora Outdoor Living may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying products.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by manufacturer and product category.

Typical delivery estimates include:

  • In-stock accessories: 3–7 business days
  • Outdoor furniture: 2–6 weeks
  • Pergolas: 4–8 weeks
  • Outdoor kitchens: 4–10 weeks
  • Fire pits and fire tables: 2–6 weeks
  • Saunas: 4–10 weeks
  • Swim spas and hot tubs: 6–12 weeks

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Freight Deliveries

Large or oversized products are shipped via freight carrier.

For freight deliveries:

  • An adult (18 years or older) must be available to accept delivery.
  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Delivery is generally made to the curb or driveway unless White Glove Delivery has been purchased or is included.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

Before signing for delivery:

  • Check the packaging for visible damage.
  • Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
  • Take photographs of any damaged packaging or products.
  • Notify Luxora Outdoor Living within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • Remote or rural locations

Please contact us before ordering if your delivery address falls within one of these areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.

Some custom or freight shipments may not receive tracking updates until the carrier has scheduled delivery.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturer production schedules
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • High seasonal demand

Luxora Outdoor Living is not responsible for delays that are outside of our control.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Products may ship directly from different manufacturers or distribution centers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-routed, returned, or reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
